Facilities: Staff restaurant for 550 head office personnel, plus retail shop, vending and extensive hospitality.

The Challenge: Artizian's first awarded contract commenced in April 1997 with 350 on site at the time and a remit of elevating the standards from a functional facility to a high street restaurant experience.

The achievement was simple through the introduction of freshly prepared food, an identity for the restaurant and a new team dedicated to customer service with a smile! Innovation is matched with a marketing focus and a strong client support because of our openness and honesty.

The Result:

• Increased uptake by 24%
• Reduced subsidy by 10%
• Some tariff reductions - no tariff increases
• Uptake currently stands at 78%

In Summary: Artizian's clients all support and encourage our growth and their continual belief in us is demonstrated by HFC's continued retention of Artizian as their caterer despite being requested by their new parent company to become part of their group catering arrangement held by a competitor to Artizian and our clients comments of Artizian being " ... exciting, honest and on budget".
