A conscious decision made with the purpose of consistently supporting and evolving the services within our existing contracts on a parallel to opening any new business. As a privately owned company this allows us the freedom to deliver a style that is unique and focused on quality - not just shareholders' profits.

Zeal and zest are the famous Artizian 'z' factors, having frequently been told, "if we could bottle it, we would make a fortune." It is in abundance at Artizian, as is the high level of flair, motivation and accountability with an evident love for quality creative food and a passion for detail; and the knowledge that our achievements are our future.

Although extremely visible, putting the 'z' factor into words is not easy as it's an in-built ethos and culture which stems from our passion, enthusiasm and pride in everything we do. Hence our very own 'Minister of Fun' who sets monthly challenges to all of our teams - including Head Office. The results have been fantastic and the feedback extremely positive from all participants.
