Artizian has invested heavily in a bespoke customer services training programme that is used by a number of 5 star hotels in London. The training is focused around four key areas: Choose your attitude, Be there, Make their day and Play.

These areas are also the focus of our customer satisfaction programme to obtain a true measurement of its success. After all no matter how superb the food is if the service does not match dissatisfaction results.
