Background: I have spent the last 25 years working for large organisations in the hotel and contract catering industry across all business sectors. I am now thoroughly enjoying finding, new, like minded clients who want fresh food, exceptional service and the personal touch.

Ambitions: To be able to afford to drink Cloudy Bay on a regular basis, stay fitter, get healthier and spend more time with my wife and children

Likes: To keep it simple, exercise (except on holiday), cooking for friends/family, dining out and of course Cloudy Bay!

Dislikes: Apathy, bureaucracy, pessimism and cleaning. Oh, and the fact I put on weight every time I eat my favourite foods
