Background: Degree in Hotel & Catering from Oxford Brookes University. Worked initially in Food & Beverage in Hotels, made the transition to Sales then to Contract Catering, most recently working in the Law Society in London.

Ambitions: To keep everything in perspective (as well as read the news, be in a West End Musical and never let my passport expire before heading for the airport again!)

Likes: Travelling, cooking, flowers (cornflowers, hyacinths and bluebells particularly)… sunshine, picnics by the river, spontaneity… pink and purple and eating frozen peas!!!

Dislikes: Snakes, aspic, trifle, rucksacks on the tube, car park pillars, the M4 bus lane.
