Karen Farrar Background: Chef trained, I spent 6 years travelling & working in Europe and Australia learning the art of fusion cuisine, very nouveu at the time! I then made the transition to Front of House and returning to London, I worked for a leading Foodie Company, Front of House then managing the retail & purchasing departments for the Food Stores. I then managed a Fine Dining restaurant in the West End of London before I moved into the Event Management sector for 6 years full time joining Artizian in April 2004. Ambition: To live by the Mediterranean by the time I reach the age of 50 Likes: Dining out, socialising with friends & family having a good yarn over several glasses of wine, travelling & a good work out in the gym.
