Background: Having spent my whole career in catering, 25 years in total, from training as a Chef in the 80’s my passion has and always will be with food and customer service. My years as a Chef in the RAF provided me with the best grounding for understanding the importance of team work and trust .

Ambitions: To reduce the stigma attached to the Contract Catering Industry in Colleges and Universities. Believe it or not it is still strongly thought of as a poor substitute instead of leading the way in food innovation and quality. Being one step ahead is the key to success.

Likes: Family time, sharing unconditional love! The best ingredient to an aspiring life next to food! And Of course good food, good wine and great company which goes without saying!

Dislikes: House work, ironing and washing but still do it when I have to, but only when watching a great movie.
