This gives us the knowledge that we are truly competitive within our marketplace and confidence that we will continually be benchmarked to ensure that we retain this position.

Our focus is on suppliers who primarily associate with the restaurant and hotel sector as this matches our fresh food approach and demand for high quality – although sometimes specialist ingredients, at the best net prices.
